Modellerne tager afsæt i et konkret stykke glas, et modul på 10 x 15 cm, der kombineres med andre materialer: træ, ståltråd, lærred, gips og metaller. Grundformen, glasset, er den samme fra modul til modul, og det hårdhed og transparens spiller i hver model den samme ved at synliggøre de andre materialers egenskaber.
